Things you need to know as a tenant

Administration Charges: We charge a fee of £150 + VAT per person for all your referencing and contract charges. This is reduced to £100 +VAT should you get your references back to us within 48 hours.

Holding Deposit

Equivalent to one weeks rent and once a holding deposit form is signed and the deposit is paid the property is secured for you.

References

We require references from your previous address, your current employer and a personal reference. This is all on-line and you will receive an application form once you have agreed to rent your dream home. We use a professional company to undertake this on our behalf.

Deposit

We require a six week holding deposit and Parkgate are members of The Dispute Service so your deposit is lodged with them until you move out. This is returned as quickly as possible to you assuming you have been a good tenant!
