Parkgate Directors
Jonathan Mills (Director, Putney)
Award winning negotiator Jonathan Mills took over ownership of Parkgate estate agents in 2006. This followed a flourishing career with local agents James Anderson and Aspire Estate Agents – where he also won the award for best performing office in the franchise.
To run his own estate agency was a natural step having lived in East Sheen for his entire life, and knowing the areas of Putney and Richmond upon Thames inside out. Under Jonathan’s management, Parkgate successfully transitioned to a sales and lettings agency – having previously just specialised in lettings – and in 2010 the Putney office opened, expanding the Parkgate team from 7 members to 12. Jonathan attributes his success to always striving to deliver an honourable, personal service – which sees clients returning to use Parkgate services time and again.
Marc Roberts (Director, Richmond)
Marc Roberts joined Parkgate as a director in 2011, having successfully managed high profile estate agency offices in central and SW London. Running the Richmond office, Marc is a skilled property marketer and expert negotiator who leads by example, delivering an outstanding customer driven service.
It was a natural business partnership for both Jonathan and Marc, sharing considerable experience in the property market and being driven by their personal values to deliver an honest and transparent service. It’s fair to say, you couldn’t wish to meet two more sincere gentlemen, who absolutely know their trade.
The Putney Team
James D’Arcy (Senior Consultant, Putney)
James has had an extensive career covering all aspects of estate agency, property management and property auction. He has been a Putney resident for more than 30 years, is a senior consultant at the Putney office and is a solid source of knowledge and advice about the properties in the area.
Chris Hawkins (Negotiator, Putney)
Chris started his career as a diamond negotiator with De Beers, travelling the globe buying and selling diamonds – we’re slowly extracting all the inside stories! With expert negotiating skills and adept at dealing with the sensitivities surrounding such a valuable commodity, it was a natural transition for Chris to transfer his skills to the London property market. Very personable, Chris works as a sales negotiator for the Putney office.
Rupy Mills (Administrator, Putney)
Rupy is an experienced administrator and negotiator having worked in both the Richmond and Putney offices. Living in the local area, she is an invaluable member of the team, and is always a great help to both our clients and team.
Julia Tipler (Weekend Administrator, Putney)
Julia has lived in Putney since 1980 and bought and sold various properties in the area herself – so has great empathy with vendors and buyers! She has an in depth knowledge of Putney and its facilities, and is on hand in our Putney office on Saturdays to advise you.
The Richmond Team
Helen Reilly (Accounts Manager, Richmond)
Helen is Parkgate’s longest serving member having worked at the Richmond office for 17 years. With such considerable experience, Helen knows and understands how the property business works and offers a wealth of support and advice to clients and staff.
Ronald Mushiso (Negotiator, Richmond)
Ron is a highly experienced negotiator having worked exclusively in Richmond upon Thames for a number of years. With an excellent grasp of the local property market, Ron is also very much part of the community and knows pretty much all there is to know about the area. In his spare time Ron is the Youth Development Coach for Richmond RFC.
Matthew Norgan (Negotiator, Richmond)
Matt is a longstanding resident of Richmond and experienced negotiator in our Richmond office. Part of the Parkgate team for the last 2 years, he was proud to achieve his Association of Registered Lettings Agents (ARLA) status and is a key member of our lettings team. Matt has a keen interest in outdoor sports – hence his love to live near the river and Royal parks!
Judith Sanderson (Property Manager, Richmond)
Judith helps to keep your tenancies running smoothly with her logistical skills and extensive property knowledge. A local Richmond resident she knows and understands what can go wrong with property and the best ways to solve these issues as sensibly and as cost effectively as possible. Based in the Richmond office five days a week, Judith also manages to fit in being a part time swimming teacher in her spare time.
Carol Spekes (Weekend Administrator)
Carol has lived in Richmond for many years and has superb knowledge of the local area. She is on hand in our Richmond office on Saturdays to discuss anything you want to ask and need to know about the area.
