Chris

Chris currently runs the day-to-day operations at Parkgate and is on hand to deal with any and all queries regarding Sales, Lettings and Legislation in the ever-changing housing marketplace.

He has been proudly working at Parkgate since 2011, gaining ARLA and NAEA qualifications and originally looking after the Putney side of the operation by helping everyone from first time buyers to downsizers to tenants find their ideal home in this desirable part of SW London!

Having worked in the corporate world for 20 years, Chris loves the intimate relationships built by a smaller independent estate agent, speaking about local property to local people.

Chris spent 8 years living in the heart of West Putney, making the most of the river walks and would normally be found along the Lower Richmond Road in the coffee shops.

Klaudia

Having moved to London in 2017, Klaudia had enjoyed getting to know the South-West London area especially Richmond Park.

Blown away by the stunning parks, great cafés and restaurants Richmond has to offer she decided this was the place for her to continue her property career.

Klaudia joined the team in 2019 with a background in International Business Management. Being bilingual she strives to provide a friendly and fully empathetic approach to both tenants and Landlords.

Klaudia is a keen boxing enthusiast and enjoys taking classes and sparing. A passionate sports person in general, she is always on the lookout to try something new.

Susie

Susie looks after the administration within the business and is on hand to help with all aspects of tenancies and sales alike. She originally got to know and love SW London when studying Psychology at Roehampton University; a subject perfect for understanding people and therefore the stresses that come with moving. Since then, Susie has lived in Putney, Richmond and St Margaret’s so is on hand to answer any questions about the local area.

Having always had an interest in property, it was an aim of hers to get some experience in the field alongside her Psychology degree. She has been a member of the team since 2013 and is also fully NAEA and ARLA trained.

Jonathan

Jonathan is the managing director who is currently dealing with the accounts side of the business. He processes all your rents and will deal with any accounting issues you may have.

Jonathan has been with Parkgate since 2007 and has transformed the company into a forward-thinking residential lettings and sales operation. The Parkgate Estates vision is to change peoples’ perception of estate agents one transaction at a time and the daily contact with clients, buyers and tenants gives Jonathan hope that Parkgate are improving standards within the industry and putting the people at the forefront of the business.

Jonathan has been fully NAEA, and ARLA trained and holds the highest qualifications in the industry. Having lived in East Sheen for almost 35 years Jonathan has recently moved to Sunbury having been unable to go too far from the river where you can find him most weekends.

Jonathan holds a degree in Politics and Economics from Southampton University.

Daisy

Daisy has recently joined the Parkgate Family. She deals with the sales and lettings side of things as well as property management. She is the youngest in the office but don’t let that fool you! Daisy loves every aspect of the property industry and gets joy out of finding the perfect home for every tenant.

Daisy has grown up in the Teddington area and knows Richmond like the back of her hand. She loves the atmosphere in Richmond and all the retail shops it has to offer. Daisy has always wanted to have a career in property, she believes Parkgate is the perfect fit.

On her days off she likes to take her dachshund Duggie, for nice long walks in Richmond Park.

Millie

Millie has many jobs around the office including welcoming everyone in the morning, stealing food when nobody is looking, and looking cute in the window.

She is just about finished with the troublesome puppy months, but please excuse the odd barking session when she spots another dog across the road! Training is ongoing.
