It’s a Double Double in the 2021 allAgents Awards for Best Sales and Lettings Estate Agent

Hot on the heels of the hat-trick of lettings team awards in the allAgents Customer Experience Awards in September, we have more good news.

We are delighted to announce that the Parkgate team have won four awards in the allAgents Estate Agents Awards for 2021. Our sales team have won Bronze for Estate Agent of the Year in Richmond and Bronze in the same award for TW9. Our lettings team have won the prestigious GOLD award for both Richmond and TW9. Over the moon is an understatement.

Back in September our three members of our lettings team took the Gold, Silver and Bronze for a clean sweep in Richmond for lettings in 2021. The allAgents People Awards for Outstanding Customer Experience are awarded every year across the UK to people who gain an exceptional level of customer feedback.

Whilst we don’t chase awards, we think that both our latest four wins and the awards for the individual team members help to underline our commitment as a truly independent estate agent to change perceptions of working with an estate agent, by constantly striving to improve our customer service and create a positive and memorable experience for all the clients we support. All 7 2021 awards are a great addition to the twelve Best Agent allAgents awards we have won over the last three years.

The allAgents Awards Recognise Excellence

allAgent’s is the UK’s largest customer property review website, and their free awards platform provides a unique opportunity for estate agents and their teams to be recognised for the level of service they achieve.

Essentially everyone on the allAgent’s directory can be automatically entered into the awards and scored on the quality of the reviews left by their customers. The sheer scale of the awards makes it the ‘UK’s largest free customer awards scheme for the property industry.’

To be eligible for an award, an agent must meet a ‘minimum review target of AllAgent’s 4-star band, which is an average rating of 3.5 or above’. Our three winners have won for the Richmond area based on the number and quality of the reviews that have been left by Parkgate clients.
